Tales From The Periphery is a podcast covering the BattleTech scene in the UK, as well as keeping a calendar of events and a directory of clubs and stores who play the game regularly.

Its main host is Mike Whitaker (aka FleetfootMike online), who is a veteran gamer who’s been playing BattleTech off and on since the early 90s. He is a Catalyst Demo Agent for BattleTech, as well as being chairman of Peterborough Wargames Club. Experience in podcasting includes running his own general wargaming podcast, The Miller’s Tale, as well as being a co-host of the well-known Meeples and Miniatures podcast for about 100 episodes.
