A one-day Alpha Strike tournament jointly run by Tales From The Periphery and Peterborough Wargames Club on Saturday Nov 7th 2026.

The format will be 4 x 300pt games between 9:30am and 6pm (90 mins or 6 turns): forces will be Civil War era, chosen from the following factions:

Lyran Alliance
Federated Suns
Mercenaries
Kell Hounds
Wolf Dragoons
Clan Jade Falcon
Capellan Confederation
Free Worlds League
Draconis Combine
Word Of Blake

The rules pack AND mission pack will go up before the end of June on Tales From The Periphery, along with nearby hotel details. There may be a mass exodus to an excellent curry house in town afterwards.

For those considering staying over the night before, the nearest decent hotels are the Premier Inn Hampton, which is currently about £43 for a single for the Friday night, or the Premier Inn City Centre (about £51). The latter is on the number 5 bus route to the George Alcock.
